We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@gimmickify.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by P4gamezone.net.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
